3. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
- Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are not included unless explicitly mentioned.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–21 business days
- Express Shipping (if available): 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance or unforeseen delays.
5. Customs Duties & Taxes
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes.

- VastrMitr is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or WhatsApp. Customers can track shipments through the courier partner’s website.
7. Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address
- Customers must provide accurate shipping details.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- Refunds will exclude shipping charges
8. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
- All products are securely packed before dispatch.
- In case of issues:
- Lost shipment: Investigation will be initiated
- Damaged items: Must be reported within 48 hours with unboxing video
- Claims without proof may not be accepted.

- Products are generally non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
