Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

For buyers who choose the Partial Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment method during checkout, the following terms and conditions apply:

  1. Cash On Delivery Fee: Once the Partial Cash On Delivery payment method is selected during checkout, the buyer will be charged an additional 5% of the total cart value as a Cash On Delivery service fee.
  2. Advance Payment: The buyer is required to pay ₹1000 in advance as a Token Amount at the time of placing the order. This advance payment is necessary to confirm the order and initiate the shipping process.
  3. Remaining Balance: The remaining balance of the cart value can be paid by the buyer at the time of delivery, upon receiving the shipment.
  4. Non-Acceptance of Delivery: In the event that the buyer refuses to accept the delivery of the ordered products for any reason, the amount paid in advance (Token Amount of ₹1000) will not be refunded to the buyer.
  5. Expense Coverage: The amount paid in advance will be retained by us to cover the expenses incurred for courier services, packaging, handling, transportation and manpower involved in the processing and shipping of the order.
  6. Order Cancellation: If the buyer wishes to cancel the order after choosing the COD option, they must do so before the order is dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and the non-acceptance of delivery will be treated as per the terms mentioned above.

By selecting the Cash on Delivery option during checkout, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
